The open plan living area benefits from panoramic views to open farmland. It’s south facing aspect gives it a light and airy feel. There is a wooden floor throughout the area.

The kitchen area has fully stocked cupboards with a good selection of kitchen equipment should you choose to cook some of the fantastic local produce available locally during your visit. The electric cooker has a double oven and halogen hotplate. There is also a microwave and fridge with small freezer.

The sitting area has television, freeview and DVD player and views to open farmland. Although the property has oil fired central heating throughout, there is also a working wood burning stove for a cosy atmosphere.

The dining area has views to the garden and Tinto.
